These assets were never installed because a local pipeline project was

canceled.

Total capacity: 300,000 tons / year



Year of purchase: 2013



The oil refinery has the ability to produce three fractions:



Gasoline = 104 tonnes / day



Diesel = 104 tons / day



Heavy fuel oil (HFO) = 199 tonnes / day



Additional = mixed fraction



This plant originally consisted of 3 identical components with a capacity

of 150,000 tonnes each.



One unit was sold to Afghanistan the previous year and was installed there.

PRICE: 19,500,000 EUROS per unit delivery CIF , incl. Installation & putting into

operation, final check to Buyer's destination .



Commission in Buyer's side is 500,000 EUROS per unit for your Group included in

the sale price and paid by the Seller .



Payment: ESCROW or by separate agreement ...



PROCESS: 30% deposit on order - 40% on transport - 30% on acceptance of

the system ...



The systems were inspected and approved by SGS in March, we have an official SGS

report with photos of 16.03.2018.



We need to receive ASAP the LOI & buyers mandate to proceed
