We are hereby quoting for your inquiry 1,000,000 MT/month Brazilian Sugar ICUMSA 45 as :



SUGAR ICUMSA $ 217.00 CIF MEXICO.



Terms : 100% Transferable Irrevocable LC at sight.



1. Common SOP for all

2. Buyer issues LOI and BCL.

3. Seller issues Full Corporate Offer

4. Buyer confirms FCO by counter endorsement.

5. After Buyer’s irrevocable acceptance to purchase Sugar by signing FCO, soft copy will be returned to Seller by Buyer via email or fax regarded as the original copy.

6. Seller issues Sales/Purchase Agreement for Buyers perusal and complements.

7. Buyer validates SPA accordingly and returns soft copy to Seller.

8. Seller issues commercial invoice(s) for Buyer’s endorsement.

9. Upon counter-signing commercial invoice(s), Buyer makes available and by SWIFT-MT700

confirmation, the relative bank instrument within 10 bank days after signing SPA, to be confirmed by Sellers banker

10. Seller issues 2% performance bond to activate DLC

11. Seller proceeds with loading/shipment as scheduled not later than 10 days upon issuance

of payment instrument.

12. Seller transmits shipping documents - soft copies via email or fax proceeded by courier

transmission of original hard copies within 5~10 calendar days via bank.

12. Payment released, at sight.

13. End of shipment.
