We are pleased to present our corporate offer for the supply of **three (3) new and unused Siemens SGT-800 gas turbines (2022)**. Kindly note that the pricing is based on **Incoterms Ex Works delivery**.



### **Key Specifications**

### **Payment Terms and Inspection**



1. **Down Payment:**



- 15% of the Ex Works price upon execution of the Purchase Sale Agreement.



- The down payment can be deposited in a **bank-managed escrow account** (e.g., Credit Suisse).



- Payment will be monetized only after turbine inspection at the Siemens factory in Germany (inspection recommended via **SGS certification**).



2. **Remaining Balance:**



- 85% of the Ex Works price, payable via:



- **Electronic transfer** to the supplier’s account.



- Confirmed, transferable **Documentary Letter of Credit** or **Standby Letter of Credit** in favor of the supplier.



### **Requirements for Proceeding**



1. Submission of a formal **Letter of Intent (LOI)** addressed to Teknotek Ltd.



2. Provision of **Proof of Funds** alongside the LOI.



3. Completion of a **Know Your Customer (KYC)** questionnaire provided by us.



### **EPC Considerations (Turn-Key Project)**



Given the lack of detailed information (e.g., installation locations, existing infrastructure, living facilities for technicians, and transportation methods), we can only provide a **general estimate** of expenses related to an EPC (turn-key) project at this time.



After reaching a purchase agreement (including the signing of the LOI and receipt of the 15% down payment), we will connect you with a trusted installation company. They will provide a separate contract, ensuring realistic quotations for all associated services. Siemens will supervise the installation process, oversee labor execution, and assist in turbine commissioning upon completion.
