Lead Refining Kettle Air Filtration System



The exhaust and fumes from the lead refining system are captured in the refining kettle sanitation hood and are processed through the lead refining kettle bag house air filtration system. This system includes a multiple cell bag house configuration, drop out boxes, 60’ of internal plant ducting which directly connects to each kettles sanitation hood, specialty air recirculation blower, and an automatic filter bag cleaning system with dust collection. The processed air is discharged from a chimney stack (customer is responsible to build locally to BRS prints due to size of this stack).

Scope of supply: Wirtz to supply system, including all air ducting from the wall of the building, through the bag house system. Internal building ducting that connects to the kettles are to be provided by AQM. Gas exhaust line, exhaust stack to be built by AQM per BRS drawings. Wirtz to quote all structural steel for the refining system separately.
