3. Delivery time

4. Payment terms



-10% holding deposit into escrow with POF to arrange inspection



-50% of contract amount shall be paid within 3 working days after contract signed and



issuing invoice. The contract will be effective after the contract signed and 40% advance



payment received.



- 30% of contract amount shall be paid within 10 working days after the contract effective



date.



-10% against bill of lading
