4. Payment terms



-10% Paid into escrow to remove from market and allow inspection, refundable if not as presented



- 40% of contract amount shall be paid within 3 working days after contract signed and



issuing invoice. The contract will be effective after the contract signed and 40% advance



payment received.



- 40% of contract amount shall be paid within 10 working days after the contract effective



date.



-10% against bill of lading
