3. Inspection Details: The estimated process, timeline, and cost for a preliminary inspection by a 7-person technical team for a duration of 5 days to verify documents against actual conditions.
4. NCNDA: Please provide a draft of your Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure Agreement (NCNDA) to facilitate formal discussions.
5. Broker Commission: Please confirm your offered fair brokerage commission structure for this transaction.
Technical & Operational History:
1. Maintenance & Preservation Status: Detailed description of the current maintenance and preservation status of all equipment. Has the equipment been under a formal preservation program since shutdown?
2. Operational Logs: Are comprehensive operational records, log sheets, maintenance history for the turbines, HRSG/boiler, and BOP equipment available for review?
3. Emergency Shutdowns: The number of emergency shutdowns (ESDs) the units experienced throughout their operational history.
4. Performance Data: The typical NOx and COx emission levels, as well as vibration levels, recorded during normal operation at base load.
5. Cooling Systems:
· What is the primary cooling system for the turbines? (e.g., mechanical draft cooling tower, ACC, once-through seawater, etc.)
· What is the cooling system for the generators? (e.g., water, hydrogen, oil, etc.)
6. Post-Shutdown Care: Since the end of operation, have the generator and turbine shafts been rotated periodically to prevent bearing damage? Are there records of this activity?
7. Photographic Evidence: Please provide as proof of life :
· Photos of the nameplates for the main equipment (Turbine, Generator, HRSG, etc.).
· Recent photos of the log sheets.
· General photos showing the overall current condition of the power block, turbine hall, and control room.
8. Scope Clarification: Please confirm the inclusion or exclusion of the upstream switchyard and the status of the Balance of Plant (BOP) equipment.
