We are pleased to provide this offer with the purpose of presenting a technical and commercial offer for Three (3) SGT5/6-2000E turbines.



With the factories assistance we are providing the conversion of a 50 Hz Turbine set to a 60 Hz one.



The major items will be shipped immediately and the Speed increaser & Generator will be delivered long before the installation is completed.

All new additional equipment shall carry the manufacturer’s warranty 12 months minimum.



All existing switch gear shall be operational through frequency converters to ensure 60Hz operation throughout the entire power plant.

Purchase Procedure:



1. Submission and Review of Purchase Order (PO)



2. Inspection: Available at secure warehouse (Inspection Fee: EUR 250,000/unit)



3. Issuance, Review, and Signing of Contract: Drafting, reviewing, and signing the contract with mutual agreement on contractual clauses.



4. Full Data Disclosure: Once signed, we will disclose all technical details of the turbine.



5. 10% Deposit of the Sale Amount: The deposit is required after inspection as reservation fee.



6. 50% of the total purchase price shall be paid upon delivery of the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) certificates/reports for the units.



7. 40% Payment of Remaining Balance: The remaining 40% must be paid before equipment mobilization.



8. Equipment Delivery and Shipment: Upon receipt of final payment, we will prepare the equipment for shipment.
