Implementation in Dubai is only face to face.

Deposit into escrow then after the examination, payment is made.

This is how it works;



Always first step is LOI this must confirm acceptance of the price contingent on inspection

A verifiable POF or BCL is needed with bankers correspondence details which will be verified this can of course be submitted to escrow.

Once received we can reconfirm if still diamond remains available.

Once confirmed we will open escrow and buyer must make a minimum 250,000 deposit, this is refundable if the diamond is not as presented.

As soon as deposit is made inspection can be arranged. On all inspections the buyer MUST be accompanied by our staff and the cost for them to fly, hotel and out of pocket is Euro 10,000 / USD12,000 this must be paid and is also deducted from cost of the diamond IF the sale proceeds if the sale fails this amount is not refundable. This procedure will sort out the genuine buyers from the fake.

We will not operate again as a travel guide or free introductory service.
