An advanced-stage SAF / renewable fuels project in Rotterdam, NL is now available for acquisition and completion, either for in-place operations or relocation.



This is a fully engineered HEFA complex that progressed through EPC with equipment already fabricated, delivered, and bulk materials largely procured.

A substantial portion of the project has already been executed, with 90% of bulk materials procured and key equipment fabricated and delivered.



Why this is different?



Most SAF projects today are constrained by:



Hydrogen availability

Long-lead equipment

Permitting and timelines

A large part of the engineering, procurement, and long-lead equipment is already in place, so this is not a typical greenfield starting point. Given the status, this can materially shorten development timelines compared to a typical greenfield SAF project.



How it can be approached?



Depending on your strategy, the opportunity can be evaluated as:



Completion in Rotterdam - Leverage the existing site and advanced project status

Relocation of the full project - Redeploy the complete project to another site to accelerate development

Acquisition of individual units - Particularly hydrogen, pretreatment, fired heater, and gas treatment for integration into existing assets
