QUOTE ;
42 million is not possible. It is below my own cost line, and I
will not pretend otherwise to keep a conversation alive.
Unit 1 — SGT5-PAC 4000F, F-class, 50 Hz, year 2016, never
installed, never commissioned, never tested. Ready for loading
immediately. EUR 48 million.
Unit 2 — same specification, available in September, and it sits
at a different cost level on my side. If your client wants both, I
will quote unit 2 separately.
What 48 million buys on unit 1:
- Complete package, zero operating hours, zero starts
- Base module, fuel gas and ignition gas in separate compartments
- Lube oil system with plate heat exchangers, 2 x 100 per cent
- Hydraulic oil supply for valves and actuators, hydraulic
clearance optimisation
- Dual fuel module, fuel oil 2 x 100 per cent pumps, purge water,
NOx water 2 x 100 per cent pumps
- Natural gas draining system
- Packed, stored indoors since new
- No dismantling, no site release, no waiting
New build in this class is a multiple of the asking price, with a lead time in years.

Quantity and price. I can place up to three units in total.
Right now I am quoting one: EUR 47,000,000 for Unit 1, firm.
The further units carry different acquisition costs and different availability dates, so I am not putting a package
number on the table before we have agreement on the first one.
Decide on Unit 1 and we negotiate the next ones from there.
Inspection. Your client is right to want proof of life before spending money on travel. The sequence is:
- NCNDA signed by both sides
- LOI with price acceptance and end-user country
- Proof of funds
- Then dated photographs and video, taken for this transaction, not archive material
- Then an inspection date, your travel and costs on your side
Photographs do not go out before LOI and POF. Not because I doubt your clients, but because dated proof-of-life material is
exactly what gets forwarded to the next trader. Your client would do the same in my position.
Still missing from your side: the end-user country. For equipment of this class that is not optional. Without it there is no further to discuss.
