From SULTANATE OF OMAN announce that ,it is a serious concern and interest in a acquiring the power plant Brand , Siemens ,4 units SGT800 and related equipment and complete Scope of Supply including Spare Parts concerning for at least two years under safe and normal operation.



This expression of interest is made in good faith and will remain subject to due diligence, inspection and execution of a final binding agreement between the parties.



We reserve the right to inspect and verify the assets prior to any final commitment.



Commercial terms including ,price, delivery and incoterms shall be subject to final agreement.



We are willing to receive your confirmation and related technical aspects and commercial details

Client from SULTANATE OF OMAN announce that ,it is a serious concern and interest in a acquiring the power plant, Combined Cycle Power Plant with capacity of 440MW and related equipment and complete Scope of Supply with including Spare Parts for at least two year under safe and normal operation.



This expression of interest is made in good faith and will remain subject to due diligence, inspection and execution of a final binding agreement between the parties.



We reserve the right to inspect and verify the assets prior to any final commitment.
