localized blade surface indications; combustor liner damage and coating deterioration; high-pressure turbine



vane coating loss requiring repair; and significant damage in the power-turbine blade / vane section requiring



replacement. A buyer should conduct its own technical due diligence before proceeding.

arrangements, including selected inspection images, full borescope report, component-level scope assessment,

Transaction Procedure

Buyer issue LOI +POF and Seller confirm the technical specifications, equipment condition, price, Incoterms, inspection requirements, and commercial terms.

Buyer and Seller sign the Sales Contract / Purchase Agreement.

Seller creates the official order through Escrow Acc. according to the agreed contract terms.

Buyer makes payment through Escrow Acc. according to the agreed payment terms.

Buyer arranges inspection by its authorized representative or a mutually agreed third-party inspection company.

After the agreed pre-shipment conditions are fulfilled, Seller prepares the relevant commercial and shipping documents.

Seller arranges delivery/shipment according to the agreed Incoterms and delivery schedule.

The transaction is completed according to the signed Sales Contract order terms.
