Client is evaluating the acquisition and deployment of an approximately 750 MW, 50 Hz combined-cycle gas-turbine power plant in India. We are prepared to consider unused surplus, never-fired, low-hour, used, refurbished or repaired equipment, provided that condition, ownership, technical history and remaining useful life can be independently verified.



We request your formal commercial and technical proposal for the asset/capability identified above. Our preference is a complete solution covering equipment, inspection, refurbishment, relocation to India, erection, commissioning and performance testing, but we will also consider equipment-only and service-only offers where clearly separated.



Please provide the following information in your first response:



Confirm exact country, site and current preservation status.



Provide exact GT/ST/HRSG/generator serial numbers and ownership chain.



Provide complete historical operating hours, equivalent operating hours, starts, load history and last shutdown date.



Provide all HGP/major inspection, rotor, generator and HRSG records.



Confirm the currently available configuration and whether it can be configured/redeveloped to approximately 750 MW net.



Confirm natural gas, HSD and LSFO/fuel-oil capability and exact liquid-fuel specifications.



Provide firm as-is asset price and separate refurbished-to-service price.



Provide recommended refurbishment scope and expected remaining useful life.



Quote dismantling, export, shipping to India, site delivery, erection and commissioning as separate line items.



Provide availability of independent inspection and access to owner technical records.



Please use the attached 750 MW CCGT RFQ as the technical/commercial basis and return a marked-up compliance matrix with all deviations explicitly identified. We are particularly interested in a firm price or current price indication, exact asset location, serial numbers, operating history, inspection access, refurbishment scope and delivered-to-India cost.



No purchase commitment is implied by this enquiry. Any transaction will be subject to satisfactory technical due diligence, title verification, independent inspection, mutually acceptable contract terms and final approval by the Purchaser.



Dual-fuel operation (natural gas + liquid backup fuel) is preferred. We will consider unused/never-fired, low-hour used, operational used, refurbished and repaired equipment.



Please confirm immediately whether the above asset/opportunity is currently available and provide:

1) exact location;

2) legal owner and authority to sell/provide services;

3) OEM/model and serial numbers;

4) operating/firing hours and starts;

5) year of manufacture;

6) present condition and preservation history;

7) complete equipment/BOP list;

8) inspection access;

9) firm or current asking price;

10) refurbishment/recommissioning cost;

11) dismantling and relocation cost to India;

12) Indian erection and commissioning cost;

13) guaranteed net MW and heat rate;

14) warranty/OEM support;

15) delivery schedule.



Please also identify all exclusions and any missing equipment required to achieve commercial operation.
