Project Overview



The equipment was supplied for a combined-cycle power plant project; however, installation was never completed and commissioning never took place.



The gas turbine has zero firing hours. The equipment is currently stored in a dedicated storage facility, with some major components remaining in their original factory crates.

The scope includes the major equipment and associated auxiliary systems required for the combined-cycle plant, including:



1. Siemens SGT5-2000E gas turbine and generator



2. Steam turbine and generator



3. HRSG system



4. Turbine auxiliary systems



5. Cooling systems



6. Lubrication systems



7. Water treatment systems



8. Transformers and electrical equipment



9. Central control system



10. High- and low-voltage cabinets



11. MCC systems



12. Fire-fighting systems



13. HV auxiliary equipment



14. Chimney/stack system



15. Associated piping and auxiliary equipment



Condition



* Gas Turbine Firing Hours: ZERO



* Status: Supplied / Uninstalled / Never Commissioned



* Storage: Dedicated storage facility



* Packaging: Some major components remain in original factory crates



* Inspection: Available for qualified and serious buyers



Commercial Terms



Price: USD 52 million Ex Works (ExW) per complete plant



For a serious buyer proceeding with the purchase, the proposed payment structure is:



* 10–20% deposit to be placed in an escrow account, subject to confirmation of equipment availability and inspection.



* Following satisfactory inspection and confirmation of availability, the escrowed deposit will be released as partial payment.



* The remaining balance will be paid in accordance with the mutually agreed transaction schedule and contractual terms.



Inspection & Documentation



Detailed technical documentation, equipment lists, photographs, storage information and inspection arrangements are available to qualified and serious buyers with LOI, POF and KYC



Please note that due to the current sanctions, we are unable to sell this equipment to Iran or Russia at this time
