What we spend this on



Present conventional air transportation with kerosene Helicopters is far too expensive to develop viable and sustainable agriculture, forestry industry and tourism in the mountains. Latest developments of electric Helicopters (Airtaxis) such as Lilium and Volocopter as well as heavy duty Cargo Drones such as Griff 250 and Griff 800 allow rapid viable and sustainable agricultural and industrial development even in the most remote areas in the mountains due to their cost effectiveness reduced by a factor 10 and their environmental acceptance compared to present kerosene helicopters. It stands to reason that conventional kerosene Helicopters are a discontinued model.



We are in close contact with Lilium, Volocopter and with Griff Aviation producing a heavy-duty cargo Drone. To realize a venture of such a nature one requires twofold:



1. An appropriately capitalized company (to be registered), .



2. Speed! To lead such a venture to its profitability one must realize the venture at lightspeed.



We are fortunate to have the necessary infrastructure: airtaxi base in the valley & hangar as well as accommodation & private helicopter base at Strengmatt (1253m above sea level) at our disposal to carry out compulsory testing at once.



Electric Airtaxi/Cargodrone Transportation



The cost benefit of using Airtaxi/Cargodrone transportation for people, animals and materials in the mountains is approx. factor 10.



While we are presently paying minimum CHF 45.00/Min. for a conventional kerosene helicopter payload 800 kg, we will be paying CHF 4.00/min. for the futuristic Airtaxi / Cargodrone transportation for the same payload. Moreover, we will benefit from zero CO2 emission as well as almost zero noise emission.

o Supply for remote agricultural units such as alps, cottages, mountain restaurants, mountain hostels as well as transportation of finished products from alps.

o Transportation of tourists with disabilities.



o Transportation of personnel for short term jobs in remotes catering units.

o Transportation of cut timber from remote mountain areas to end-users or railway wagons for further transportation to sawmills.

o Transportation of labor and materials to construction sites.

o Delivery of letters and parcels to remote destinations.

o Supervision of dangerous mountain areas in respect of avalanches, debris flows and landslides as well as construction and maintenance of avalanche barriers.



Our intent is to commercially introduce Heavy Duty Cargo Drones / Airtaxi in the mountains of Switzerland.

o x) Phase I: Commercial set-up of Airtaxis and/or Heavy duty cargo drones in Silenen.



o y) Phase II: Relaunch of his Mountain Hotel Strengmatt.

It is intention to use Strengmatt as the interactive meeting point and market place for the local farming community with upper class international tourists and business executives to market the area as a unique attraction for recreation in untouched nature; create special tours and experiences for:

- B2B Events



- Corporate meetings, conventions, events and also with team building activities



- Romantic tours for couples in love by airtaxi/drones



- Wedding events (already had such inquiries)



- Family/ies events during weekends introducing local food and beverages



- Anniversary events, hunters events



- Parties of all kind from gala events in mountain prime nature



- paragliding and wingsuits for extreme sport funs



- solve logistic problem in mountain farms



We first most concentrate on phase I, since any development of any resort and/or industry in the mountains is subject to the solution of the logistics in the mountains. But phase II must be working parallel due set up cooperative and farms around would help to get subsidy from government which are available for farms in mountains.



Part of the income is also be used to finance marketing concepts to address specific target groups with special interests to sustainable develop such an area. It is clear that the area cannot bear mass tourism, it would in a short time destroy the unique character of the delicate area. Before we even think of developing our Resort Strengmatt into any of the above directions of upper class tourists, we have to solve our logistic issue: Presently all people and/or animals and hay and straw and all technical equipment to guarantee mountain farming and mountain forest farming are transported by Helicopter, there are no roads to all these farming units and mountain resorts scattered all over the mountains in the Canton Uri.

Presently there are approx. 300 conventional écureuil helicopters (800kg cargo or 5 passengers) in operation in Switzerland. The cost is CHF 40-45/min. Using electric cargo drones and Airtaxi the cost will be reduced by factor 10: CHF 4-4.50/min. I therefore foresee plus factor 10 flying machines = 3000. We have to consider: once we are entering the field of cheap commercial Aircargo and Airtaxi at a factor 10 cheaper than at present with conventional helicopters, the market will develop at light speed. Having the head start of technical and commercial knowhow we will control the market.
