Availability:

3 x Siemens SGT-800 (45.3 MW) and 3 x Siemens SGT-800 (55.4 MW) located in Germany at two separate Siemens facility warehouses.

Inspection:

Inspection duration: 3–5 days, after which the purchase agreement must be signed within 10 days.

Payment & Delivery Terms:

Reservation 10% into escrow prior to inspection

Binding purchase upon payment of 50% down payment into escrow upon invoice, per contract.

Delivery within 14 - 21 days, secured by full payment of the remaining balance before loading.

Full Siemens OEM Warranty and Commissioning rights apply.

Siemens scope-of-supply requirements must be adhered to no sanctioned countries possible.
