PAYMENT TERMS shall be as follows:



1. First partial payment: 10% of the total price as a deposit to be paid into escrow prior to inspection of the turbine package;



2. Second Installment: 50% from total price. After notification of completion of the shipping documents;



3. Final payment: 40% of the total price to be paid after the Buyer signs the acceptance confirmation and prior to shipment.
