3) Price : USD 35 Million FOB Each Plant



Total price includes all cost and fees such as loading, as well as custom

duties and clearance, export activities, documentation.

Seller will clear Chinese Customs



4) Payment Terms :



4.1) 5% advance into escrow prior to inspection

4.2) 45% after inspection / Boroscope inspection



4.3) 15% Progress Payment, when 50% dismantling completed

4.4) 25% Progress Payment when loading completed at the Plant

4.5) 10% Final Payment when shipping documents are handed over



5) Delivery : 3 Months after down payment after inspection.



6) Inspection : Can be arranged , subject to that customer has to pay USD 12,000 Towards our Representative travel expenses .



This amount will be refunded in case of succesful transaction .
