Dear Sir/Madam,



We, XXXXXXXXX hereby submit this Letter of Intent expressing our serious interest in purchasing the unused/ new power generation equipment described below, subject to satisfactory technical, commercial, legal, and documentary due diligence and execution of a mutually acceptable Sale and Purchase Agreement.



Equipment



1 × GE Frame 9E gas turbine generator packages with integral Local Equipment Room (LER) and associated auxiliary systems, documentation and maintenance equipment as described in the offer.



Nominal Output



127 MWe per unit, subject to verification against OEM data and site-specific conditions.



Condition



Unused / zero operating hours, new installed, manufactured and assembled in 2015, subject to Buyer verification.



Fuel



Natural Gas



Delivery Terms



FCA Europe, Incoterms 2020, subject to final agreement on precise delivery point, lifting/loading responsibility, preservation status and handover protocol.



Availability



One unit available, subject to prior sale and confirmation of title, location, inspection access and readiness for shipment.
