The Power Barge was originally developed to enable visiting cruise vessels to power down main engines in port, reducing fuel use and pollution, whilst retaining full electrical power to on board systems. The barge is capable of generating a total of 7.5 MW of power from 5 silent generators fed by two 17t LNG containers. The vessel is a floating power plant providing clean and efficient cold ironing power to cruise harbours, terminals and local infrastructure currently operating in Hamburg, Germany. It can act as a backup power bank to the local electric and power grid, also potentially providing heated water to local systems.

When burned, LNG produces no sulphur emissions and far less fine dust, carbon dioxide and nitrogen, in comparison with traditional fuels. The system has potential uses for both marine and construction sites or harbours and allows for prompt assistance to local power grids under strain worldwide.



The barge can be inspected in Germany.



As procedure we have two options:



25% deposit After contract) as reservation fee. After this the inspection can be arranged followed by the payment of the remaining balance.

or



Deposit of the purchase amount into an escrow account followed by the inspection and release of the funds after the inspection.

Standard procedure start with LOI and POF once received the vendor will send draft contract once signed we will open escrow a $refundable deposit (if equipment is not as presented) inspection can then be arranged . The vendor requests that a member of our team accompany any inspection by the client so travel expenses are necessary this is NOT negotiable. Inspection is to verify the existence and condition of the offer only and not for discussions on terms and payments.



Due to several fake inspections and circumventions through 2025



Starting 2026 inspection without deposit into escrow and the cost of inspecting will no longer be approved.



So in future if you require inspection the following is set in STONE !!

Always first step is LOI this must confirm acceptance of the price contingent on inspection and the end user country destination since most vendors are strict on where these will be installed.



A verifiable POF or BCL is needed with bankers correspondence details which will be verified this can of course be submitted to escrow.



Once received we can reconfirm if still the offer remains available.



Once confirmed we will open escrow and buyer must make a minimum $500,000 or 5% deposit, this is 100% refundable if the offer is not as presented.



As soon as deposit is made inspection can be arranged. On all inspections the buyer MUST be accompanied by our staff and the cost for them to fly, hotel and out of pocket is Euro 10,000 / USD12,000 this must be paid and is also deducted from cost. IF the sale proceeds if the sale fails this amount is not refundable. This procedure will sort out the genuine buyers from the fake.
