This is aeroderivative gas- steam combined cycle power plant, fully equipped with complete auxiliary systems.

1. Power Output (ISO Condition)



· Simple- cycle net output per unit: 33- 34.4 MW



· Total installed capacity for 2 units: 66- 68.8 MW



· Single unit power range: 25- 35 MW. Dual- unit layout supports future capacity expansion according to actual power demand.



Unit is 50 HZ conversion to 60 hz is not financially viable



2. Fuel System



Adopt DLE (Dry Low- Emission) combustion technology for low NO? emission to meet environmental requirements. Dual- fuel configuration: Natural gas + Diesel. It can automatically switch to diesel fuel for continuous power generation in case of natural- gas supply interruption



Good physical condition. Complete documents are available AFTER LOI and POF, including maintenance reports, borescope inspection records, start- stop log and remaining- life assessment report. All core components are original OEM parts with sufficient remaining service life.



4. Main Equipment & Auxiliary Scope



1. Gas turbine generator package: LM2500+G4 gas turbine, generator unit, inlet air filter & silencer, exhaust system.



2. Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG): Recovers waste heat from



gas- turbine exhaust to produce steam for combined- cycle power generation, with complete steam piping, platforms and accessories.



3. Fuel- gas conditioning skid: Gas pressure regulating, filtering and metering assembly for gas supply of gas turbine.



4. Cooling water system: Forced- draft cooling tower, circulating- water pumps



and large- bore circulating- water pipelines, providing cooling for the whole plant.



5. Step- up power transformer & high- voltage switchgear: Step- up the generator voltage and connect to external power grid.



6. Control & protection system: Control cabinet, excitation system, protection



devices, start- up system, lube- oil module and all necessary auxiliary skids for reliable unit operation.

Q: What is the current condition of the production line?



A: The line is currently stored and available for physical inspection. We provide a full inspection report with photos and running status before you confirm the order.



Q: Do you provide installation engineers?



A: Yes. Our technical team has extensive experience with cement production line installation. Engineers are available for on-site supervision and commissioning. 30+ Foreign Engineer from Egypt and Indian, Covering Electricity , Mechanical , Design, Civil , Foundation , Contractor .....



Q: What payment methods do you accept?



A: We require 10% deposit into escrow balance can be Letter of Credit (L/C at sight) if from prime bank and Telegraphic Transfer (T/T).



Q: How long does delivery take?



A: Dismantling will take 2 months after deposit. Ocean shipping depends on destination port. Total lead time is typically 12 months from order confirmation.
