The selling price is not each as the broker had ill informed us earlier our price is USD 10.5 million for the two turbines and generators “as is, where” is based in Italy. The units are available as a package only for USD $10.5 million at the warehouse gates at the port close to Venice



sale ex Italy and these do not conform to EU regulations.



Please note that the equipment is currently stored in sealed crates; therefore, we are unable to take additional photographs at this stage.



However, during the scheduled on-site inspection, buyers will be able to capture all necessary imagery and documentation.



Regarding the purchase procedure for the W-701DU, please find the key steps outlined below:



1.The Buyer submits Proof of Funds (POF) and issues a formal Letter of Intent (LOI).



2. A 10% deposit is placed in escrow to secure the turbines exclusively for the Buyer.



3. An NCNDA (Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure Agreement) is signed by all relevant parties.



4. An on-site inspection is arranged for condition verification and technical assessment, during which buyers may take the most recent photographs of the equipment.

Standard procedure start with LOI and POF once received the vendor will send draft contract once signed we will open escrow a refundable deposit (if equipment is not as presented) inspection can then be arranged . The vendor requests that a member of our team accompany any inspection by the client so travel expenses are necessary this is NOT negotiable. Inspection is to verify the existence and condition of the offer only and not for discussions on terms and payments.
