Rare 1969 Lancia Flaminia Spider 2800 3C Matching Numbers

1969 Lancia Flaminia Spider

Just Out of a Large European Collection

and Available for Pickup in the Netherlands

This 1969 Lancia Flaminia Spider 2800 3C features the most powerful and sought-after configuration with a 2.8L V6 engine fed by three carburetors. A matching numbers car. In this version, the number of examples produced would be limited to 176 in LHD configuration, making it a particularly rare car. The body was designed and built by Carrozzeria Touring, using the "Superleggera" method so dear to the company, with a thin steel structure clad in aluminum panels. The transmission was provided by a rear-mounted transaxle that balanced the weight of the car between the front and rear axles.

This is a dismantled project but a very complete one with all mechanical parts with the car. The air filter case seems to be one of the few things missing. The chrome parts, trim, aluminum interior panels, front and rear bumpers, wheel caps, lateral glass, windshields, seats front and rear in red leather and complete soft top, all are with the car. A rare and exciting opportunity of any enthusiast or collector alike.
